Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service and conditions.
General Terms & Conditions
• Not for commercial use, for personal use only.
• I will not draw hate art or anything I am uncomfortable with.
• Full payment upfront before I work on your piece.
• Complex designs, props, & backgrounds are additional fees.
• Commissions are not subject to deadlines. I will do my best to finish the art as soon as possible, but it will depend on the queue, complexity of the request, and current workload.
• Please provide visual references and clear descriptions.
Payment
• Full payment upfront via Paypal.
• No refunds after approved sketch. Any changes/alterations after approved sketch will be an extra fee.
• I will offer a full refund if I have not worked on your commission.
Process
• Fill out a commission form.
• I will review your commission form and send you either a conformation e-mail to confirm details and prices, or a reject e-mail.
• I will send an invoice and begin your commission once full payment has been sent and approved.
• I will send you four updates; sketch, line-art, coloring, and final. You can ask for updates anytime.
• Changes/alterations during the sketch stage are free, any drastic changes after confirmed sketches will be an extra fee.
• I will notify you if there are any further delays due to personal, work or health matters.
• Final piece(s) will be in png or jpg format and sent via google drive link, or discord.
Rights & Usage Policy
• I retain all rights to the commissioned art. This may include, with the client's permission, to sell prints or for other commercial usage.
• The client is allowed to use the art for personal & non-profit use. This includes uploading it on their own platforms, creating personal prints, and use for gifts.
• Please credit the artist & do not remove the watermark whenever used.
• DO NOT claim the artwork as your own. You are not allowed to profit or sell the artwork commissioned for personal use.
• Client is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
• Any fictional character depicted in the commissioned piece, whether fan art or original, belongs to their respective owners.
